Unfortunately Mike promised a lot regarding the selling price until the whole selling process started. Before advertising the apartment, he kept on calling us with offers way below the minimum agreed price, even though we were clear that we don't want under that price.
He didn't advise what type of ad to put on Hemnet.se. When we asked what we can do for more views, only then, he said that we didn't do it right...we should have chosen a different type of ad.
He didn't choose a good showing period and we had exact days and consecutive hours with a similar apartment that he was selling across the street. The selling price for the similar apartment was 200 000 kr higher. When we asked about this big difference, his explanation was that the building had better quality.
But then after less than one month, Mike obtained, for an exact same apartment, next to our door, with 240 000 kr more (the only difference was the closed balcony which cost ≈50 000 kr). The market didn't grow that much in that short period.
Mike tells the clients what they want to hear in the beginning and then, if the clients are lucky enough, they obtain a good price due to chance.
